ME //

I’m London born and bred and began my career in PR almost 20 years ago, beginning at the bottom of one of the top global agencies, WPP. I cut my teeth working on some of the biggest brands in the world before moving onto a series of agencies which allowed me to create work that would excite and challenge me as well as having impact. A lot of this work happened within the music world and was, and still is, inspired by my own love of club culture.

Over the years, I have built and led teams and worked with some huge clients from Unilever, Diageo, Google, Converse to Amnesty International and United Nations, running PR campaigns from scratch to driving insight pieces so that the work always remains relevant and speaks to the right people, whatever the space.

After 15 years of agency life and wanting something different, I began consulting during the summer of 2019. My work is now split between the following: brand + comms strategy, media coaching and mentoring.

Brand + Comms Strategy  covers anything from early planning and ideation to cultural insight, partnership work and identifying how to connect with audiences in the most meaningful and relevant way.

Media Coaching is a natural evolution of my earlier work and since consulting, and especially post Covid, this has really grown. I have had the honour of working with many global, award-winning artists. My role is always to help them articulate exactly what they want to say, as well as help them understand the wider business framework and therefore the impact of their words.

Mentoring is a continuation of my passion for helping people find their voice and purpose. I am a board member and mentee for the Future Bubblers initiative, a grass roots organisation set up by Gilles Peterson and Brownswood Recordings. I also work with the Terrence Higgins Trust to re-establish positive mentees within the workplace.

Alongside this, I co-run MEETING RIVERS - a platform founded by my two friends Sach and Kam and inspired by Indian classical music, where we curate meaningful experiences which celebrate South Asian culture. It’s a beautiful way for me to connect to my own roots and heritage.

This site is a summary of some of my work and a record of who I have been lucky enough to work with during these years.
